Welcome to CRA

Colchester Radio Amateurs has a long history of supporting radio amateurs in North East Essex since 1963.   Since then the range of activities has changed and expanded.  In addition to our monthly meetings, we also:

Participate in contests including HF & VHF with our VHF Contest Group participating in all the major RSGB contests from their Contest site at Walton On The Naze.
Offer training for Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Licences.
Produce a monthly newsletter CRA News which is available to view or download from this website and is also free to non members . Please see our Newsletter page for more info.

GB6NT
The Naze Tower event is just under a week away now and preparations have been under way for some time now.

If you are interested in operating over the weekend please let us know.

We have a special guest operator Sunday morning, come along to find out who it is.

We will be operating from the Naze Cliffs as we did last year but with an additional 60ft mast and a dedicated FT8 & PSK station, two HF stations & 2mSSB.
Follow the updates on the GB6NT Naze Tower link in the left column.
